Effective Date: May 15, 2025
By enrolling as a member and participating in the WRE Member Benefits Program and RevShare Rewards System (the “Program”), you agree to abide by the following Terms, Conditions, Policies & Procedures. These terms constitute a legally binding membership agreement that governs your access to WRE Benefits, eligibility to earn RevShare Rewards, conduct as a participant, and protection of the company’s intellectual property and operational integrity.
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
- Must be 18 years or older and a legal U.S. resident
- Requires valid name, email, and password upon registration
- Membership becomes active upon payment and acceptance of the digital agreement
- Participants must use their legal name and may not operate under fictitious identities
- Only one account per individual or business entity is allowed
2. Membership & Benefits
- Annual Platform Access & Support Fee: $100/annually
- Monthly CORE Membership: $50/month
- Access includes but not limited to partnership discounted products, services, tools, media, content, training, special events and include RevShare Rewards participation
- Benefits are subject to availability and may be changed, suspended, or removed by WRE Member Benefits or any of our partnership’s discretion
- Membership does not guarantee income or continued participation
3. RevShare Compensation Structure
A. Enroller Bonus & Fast Rewards
- $30 per personally referred member
- Fast Rewards increase bonus earnings based on activity thresholds
- Unlimited monthly enroller earnings

B. Monthly RevShare Velocity Matrix
- Up to $58,000/month potential in a 4x7 spillover matrix
- Earnings based on active membership status
- Includes spillover and compression

C. Monthly RevShare Incentive Pool
- 10% of gross revenue allocated to share pool
- Share values estimated at $25–$300

D. Quarterly Bonus Pools
- 3% of gross revenue distributed across 1% Builder, 1% Influencer and 1% Visionary tiers
- Participation is cumulative

E. Legacy Bonus
- Earned annually and compound based on annual member renewals

4. RevShare Rewards Tracking, Calculation & Distribution
- Earnings are based on direct activity and team performance.
- Rewards are calculated monthly and paid via PayQuicker by the 10th of the following month
- All payments are contingent on program compliance and WRE's final verification
- WRE makes no guarantee of income, profitability, or return on membership
- Members are responsible for tracking and reporting personal income to tax authorities
5. Founding Member Promotions
- Limited-time promotions (e.g., trips, bonuses) available for early-stage enrollees
- Performance-based and may be taxable
- WRE reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at its discretion
6. Payment, Wallets & Taxes
- Monthly membership is billed automatically
- Rewards paid to your PayQuicker Wallet
- IRS Form 1099 issued if income exceeds $600/year
- Members are solely responsible for tax filings and compliance
7. Inactivity & Matrix Compression
- Inactive accounts (60+ days nonpayment) will be removed and matrix position reassigned
- Matrix will compress in accordance with RevShare Rewards platform requirements
- Re-enrollment after inactivity requires a new referral and forfeits previous matrix position
8. Cancellation, Refunds & RevShare
- Cancel at any time through dashboard or by written notice.
- No prorated or partial month refunds.
- Final rewards are calculated through last paid month.
- Cancellation results in the forfeiture of all future earnings, rewards, bonuses, and incentives for any months following the cancellation date
9. Account & Data Security
- Members are responsible for maintaining secure credentials
- WRE is not liable for losses from unauthorized access
- Account access may require identity verification if suspicious activity is detected
10. Marketing, Branding & Communications
- All public-facing materials must be WRE-approved
- Use of WRE’s name, logo, or likeness requires prior written approval
- Members may not imply partnership, employment, or company ownership
- Earnings claims must be conservative, truthful, and compliant with FTC regulations
- Unauthorized AI-generated, SMS, or mass-email campaigns are prohibited unless compliant and opt-out enabled
11. Member Conduct & Ethical Standards
- Members must operate with integrity and transparency
- No manipulation of compensation system (e.g., "stacking", “front-loading”, or false referrals)
- Passive participation or exploiting spillover without contribution is discouraged
- Violations of ethics or terms may result in suspension or termination
12. Privacy Policy
- All personal information is protected in accordance with WRE’s Privacy Policy
- By enrolling, you consent to data use as outlined in that policy
13. Limitation of Liability
- WRE Benefits, its officers, agents, or partners shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings or goodwill, resulting from your participation
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk
14. Dispute Resolution
- Step 1: Informal resolution & mediation (Utah)
- Step 2: Binding arbitration under AAA or JAMS in Salt Lake County, Utah
- Step 3: Legal action allowed only for material breach or intellectual property violations
- You waive your right to class actions or jury trials
15. Compliance with Laws
- Members must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding business, marketing, and taxation
- Any attempt to operate in a non-compliant or deceptive manner will result in immediate termination
16. Policy Modifications
- WRE may update policies at any time
- Members will be notified via platform dashboard and/or email
- Continued participation signifies agreement with updated terms
17. Definitions
- Member: Active paid CORE membership of the benefits platform
- Velocity Matrix: 4x7 team-based payout structure
- Digital Wallet: PayQuicker dashboard account
- Rank or Tier: Performance-based status
- Compression: Reassignment of matrix positions after inactivity
- Founding Member: Early adopter with access to exclusive launch perks
18. Legal Notices
- No Partnership or Employment: This is an independent contractor relationship
- You are not an employee or agent of WRE Member Benefits or RevShare Rewards
- Severability: If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains valid
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and WRE
