By enrolling in the WRE Member Benefits ("Program"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, and want to receive emails from WRE News and WRE Benefits. Please read carefully before participating in the Program.

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States.
  • Membership requires monthly payments of applicable membership fees.

2. Enrollment

  • To enroll in the Program, applicants must provide accurate personal information, including First Name, Last Name, City, State, Zip, Country.
  • Members will need to include and use Email and Password for login credentials.
  • Members will also choose their professional classification from the dropdown options provided.
  • The creation of a secure account is required for access to the member benefits program.
  • Membership fees are subject to change, current pricing is outlined during the registration process.

3. Member Benefits

  • Benefits may include, but are not limited to, exceptional savings on products and services including exclusive product offers and member discounts as well as access to exclusive training, education and development resources. Members may participate in the reward programs.
  • Benefits offerings are subject to availability and may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Rewards Program

  • Program Discretion: Participation in any rewards program offered is optional.
    • WRE Benefits reserves the right to implement, modify, suspend, or terminate any rewards program at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason.
    • This includes, but is not limited to, changes to earning structures, reward offerings, and program availability.
  • Earning Points: Members may have the opportunity to earn points through various activities, actions, and purchases, which may include, but are not limited to:
    • Membership enrollment
    • New member referral enrollment
    • Event participation
    • Training attendance
    • Social media engagement
    • Completing member surveys and testimonials
    • Partner purchases
    • Attendance at conferences.
  • Referral Tracking: Rewards may be offered for referral enrollment; referral tracking may be established through a unique Member ID assigned to each member.
    • WRE Benefits reserves the right to modify or discontinue any referral tracking method.
  • Reward Offerings: Rewards may be offered and may include but are not limited to:
    • Exclusive educational content
    • Conference access
    • Networking opportunities
    • Invitations to special events
    • Skill development resources
    • Premium marketing content
    • Discounted membership renewal
    • Private skill development and coaching workshops
    • Premium social media content
    • Exclusive merchandise.
  • Reward Redemption: Reward redemption is subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. WRE Benefits reserves the right to modify or discontinue any reward offerings at any time, this program is optional and subject to change.
  • No Guarantee of Rewards: WRE Benefits makes no guarantee that any member will earn or receive any specific rewards.

5. Payment and Renewals

  • Monthly payments for membership fees must be processed via the designated payment gateway.
  • Monthly payments are subject to change and members will be emailed in advance of any change.
  • WRE Benefits issues invoices monthly, on the member's enrollment date. However, for enrollments occurring on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of any month, subsequent invoices will be generated on the 28th of each month.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time via their account. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles; membership remains active until the end of the current cycle, and cancellation prevents future charges.

7. Account Security

  • Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account login credentials and must report any unauthorized access immediately.
  • Members agree to comply with digital authentication which may be required for added security.

8. Privacy Policy

  • All personal information gathered in conjunction with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • WRE Benefits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with the use of member benefits or participation in the Program.

10. Modification

  • WRE Benefits reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation requires acceptance.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Utah.
